Is shipping available to my country?

We ship to all EU/EEU countries plus to United States of America, Canada, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia.

We don’t ship to Australia, New Zeland and other countries because of the differences between sizes (i.e. EU XL and US XL aren’t the same) and additional customs fees.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the order, the number of packages needed to fulfill the order, and the delivery location.

To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout, then select your shipping destination country from the checkout’s menu.

Where do you ship from?

Our wares are being lovingly crafted and produced in picturesque Croatia, where our company is based. We use Hrvatska Pošta (Croatian Post) as our shipping carrier.

What shipping methods are available?

All orders are shipped via Croatian Post, by priority mail.

It can take 7-15 days for your order to arrive. Tracking information is sent in confirmation e-mail.

All shipping estimates include printing and processing time.

As a note, all deliveries are ultimately carried out by your local post service and will come with your regular mail.

We send out orders by Croatian Post  priority mail, to be sure all orders are trackable and safely delivered to our customers.

Refunds & Returns

What is the return/exchange policy?

Items purchased from TshirtSpree are custom made and printed just for you, so please consult the SIZE CHART for t-shirts we offer prior to your order.

Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.

If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via the Contact Us form with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!

We will not be held responsible for the damage caused to the product by negligent or wrongful handling of the product, e.g. washing at high temperatures, putting the product into dryer, using chemicals on the product etc.

Where's my refund?

PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.

If your refund still hasn’t been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to resolve that for you.

Why can't I reach a live person by phone?

Currently, we offer support via e-mail, Contact form on our web site,  Twitter, and Facebook. All our support channels are manned by real human beings who are more than happy to help you with whatever questions or concerns you have!

In recent months, we’ve transitioned away from phone support in order to provide the best service we can for our customers. We made the leap because it’s just not an efficient way for us to help people. Resolving an issue over the phone takes a lot longer than it does to resolve the same issue via chat or email. With keeping these matters on e-mail and the like, we also have an accurate record of what’s been discussed already so you don’t have to repeat yourself!

What's my order status?

If you are impatient to receive your goods and would like to know more about its status, feel free to contact us via e-mail, Contact form on our web site, Facebook or Twitter account and we will provide the necessary information as fast as possible.

All designs are printed on Gildan PREMIUM COTTON t-shirts. If you are unsure of the size that would fit you best, please consult our SIZE CHART.

Why doesn't the color of my tees match?

Due to the complexities of an international supply chain including fulfillment center availability, varying dye lots, and the specific brand used for each product we are unable to guarantee that colors will match exactly across different sizes and styles.

For differing styles, any color differences will be reflected on the product page. Within a style, colors may vary based on garment availability at the brand level.

Despite variations, we hold all of our products to the same high level of quality as always. We would be happy to answer any other questions you have via www.tshirtspree.com/contact.

What types of shirts can I purchase?

At the moment, all our designs and orders are being printed on Gildan PREMIUM t-shirts.
You can learn more about fabric, weight, cut and fit by going to the bottom of a product page. Size chart is also included for each product.

What printing techniques are used?

All apparel is printed using a super high-tech digital print technique called Direct to Garment digital printing (DTG).

We use the best EPSON machines in the business in order to ensure an extremely high quality print as well as Epson SureColor water based ecological inks.

Every garment that leaves our shop is checked before being shipped to customers.

 

Are male and female sizing options offered?

T-shirts are available in male and female sizes.

The classic t-shirt is available in male sizes S-XXXL and female sizes S-XXL. Male sizes are also considered as unisex.

What if I'm not sure what size I need?

The best way to determine what size you need is by measuring a shirt you already know and love!

Match those measurements with the ones on our size chart, and you’ve got yourself a perfect fit! We always recommend you measure twice before deciding on a size for your order!

Please note that we do not stock each product but print according to orders, so the print is produced just for you! We kindly ask you to check your size carefully prior to finishing your order.

Customizing

Do you offer glitter print?

At this time, glitter printing is unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience!

How do I request a custom design?

We will be most happy to produce a t-shirt with your custom design.

Send us an email with your design, desired colour and size of t-shirt. Don’t forget to provide the desired size of your design and placement of design on your future T (front, back).

Design should be sent in vector format (cdr, ai, eps). We also accept transparent .png format (at least 300 dpi resolution) or high-quality photographs (should you want, for example, a photo of your family or pet printed).

Can the design be printed in a different color?

Custom designs sent in vector formats (cdr, ai, eps) can de modified by us and printed in different colours.
Custom designs sent in .png format can not be altered.
Photographs can not be altered, i.e. will be printed as they are. If the photo you provided is not of the high quality, the final result may be blurry.

I have a great idea for a design, but I can't make it myself.

There are thousands of artists and web sites where designs can be ordered or purchased.
If you can not find a design to your liking online, feel free to send us an email describing your wishes and ideas and our designer will contact you.
Please note that designers charge a fee for their efforts, and this fee depends on the complexity of design. We can not know in advance how much the drawing of your custom design will cost.

Can this design be printed on items not shown on the product page?

At the moment, all designs are being printed on Gildan PREMIUM t-shirts.
 
In time, we will be adding cotton tote bags and backpacks, sweat shirts, hoodies and other items to our offer.
 
Feel free to let us know what kind of items you’re interested in – we can pass that along to let our team know there’s a demand.

Care Instructions

How should I wash my shirt?

Turn garments inside out to preserve the integrity of the design.

Water temperature should not exceed 40 degrees C.

Do not use bleach or other chemicals.

Do not use clothes dryers.

Wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.

Over time, you may experience slight fading on the graphic as your shirt naturally weathers with repeated washings.

Why did my shirt arrive with faded spots all over it?

The last step of the printing process includes the use of a setting spray to make sure the design stays on the shirt.
Occasionally this spray can leave faded spots on the shirt, but those should wash out after the first wash!
If they don’t, please let us know and we’d be happy to rectify this for you.

Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?

The DTG printing process can sometimes leave a vinegar-like odor on the printed item. Not to worry! The smell should go away on its own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold, dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! Either should get rid of any residual odor. If the smell remains, feel free to let us know via the Contact Us page!

How do I do ironing of my t-shirt?

Turn your t-shirt inside out and then do the ironing. Never iron printed side!
